I have 2 gamertags how do I get remove one

By chance, you didn't put a Gamertag in the account name option, or you changed the Gamertag recently and the old one still appears along with the new one?

Yes it still appears to apply with my old one

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Yes, my correct profile is there. this Gamertag here -- spiritsky3 -- is not the correct one. how do i remove or re-add anything? i just don't get it. i am talking to someone here with a different gamertag-with my Microsoft account. yet there are 2 different gamertags---one with a 3 (which is wrong) and one without (which is right)
