Yes and no. Credits are automatically scheduled to be deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. You can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits in order to have them deposited
before needing to have 5,000 pending first, but they are never deposited instantly. They would just be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you make the request. Either way, deposits are only ever made around the 15th and 30th
of the month. There is no way to have them deposited at any other time and nowhere on the Rewards site does it say you can have them deposited instantly.

Xbox support does not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. This is from the program's FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page.
Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date.
Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.

but it says that the rewards are automatically put into the account and i got a lifetime saving of 11.000+ and nothing has been put into my account

of 5,000 is reached.

However, I can see your confusion regarding completely explicit explanations of our deposit cycles. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month
deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. This is due to us needing to send a file for deposit processing by a certain date in order to deposit these Credits by these deposit dates.
Since your Credits were pending on the 18th, they should be included in this month's mid-month deposit date.

With the rewards program you can earn rewards credits for completing offers. All offers are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. Once you earn credits, they are added as pending to your rewards account. Credits are deposited into your Microsoft
account as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000) You can request a deposit and the credits will be deposited on the date listed on the site
at the time that you make the request.
