I have 14,100 lifetime rewards but I've never used xbl rewards

Lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes all credits that are pending as well deposited. If the amount of credits you have pending is less than the amount of your lifetime credits, then you've
had some deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would list any deposits that have taken place. You can verify deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com

The 400 Credits is your current pending (un-deposited) Credit amount. The 14,100 Lifetime Credit amount includes your already deposited Credits. You can review your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to view all Credit and Deposit events on your account.
From there, you can see the dates of the deposits and confirm them on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/). Keep in mind that promotional currencies like Rewards Credits are used first from your
Microsoft Account, so your purchases made using your Microsoft Account as the payment method have already used up your previous deposits, such as your purchase of Rainbow Six Siege in February after your deposit on January 11th.

^ Bing Rewards is a good one. I've been using their rewards program to mitigate the cost of XBL Gold.

We see that you are currently a GBR Rewards member. However, we have never Credited your account. If you received funds, they were placed there using our name. Sometimes other teams at Microsoft use the Rewards Program label to make refunds. However, if
you navigate to your MyRewards page, you will see that your lifetime Rewards Credits is 0; we have never awarded your account, so we have nothing to deposit. You would have to reach out to billing support at Xbox for more assistance on this issue.
