I have 14,100 lifetime rewards and redeemed only 400

I have never used Xbox live rewards and it says I have redeemed 400 points and I have 14,100 lifetime points... How do I get those 14,100 points I've never used

It says I have four hundred points redeemed and 14,100 points lifetime.. how do I get this 14,100 points I suposivly have?

Bing Rewards Program/MS Points For Xbox One

I just redeemed 400 microsoft points from Bing Rewards and was only credited with $3.00 USD. That sucks.

The 400 Credits is your current pending (un-deposited) Credit amount. The 14,100 Lifetime Credit amount includes your already deposited Credits. You can review your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to view all Credit and Deposit events on your account.
From there, you can see the dates of the deposits and confirm them on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Keep in mind that promotional currencies like Rewards Credits are used first from your
Microsoft Account, so your purchases made using your Microsoft Account as the payment method have already used up your previous deposits, such as your purchase of Rainbow Six Siege in February after your deposit on January 11th.

Lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes all credits that are pending as well deposited. If the amount of credits you have pending is less than the amount of your lifetime credits, then you've
had some deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would list any deposits that have taken place. You can verify deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com

Are you using two separate accounts? If they're separate accounts with separate logins, you likely won't be able to combine the two.

If it's the same account showing two different values, be sure to reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support
here by going to the bottom of the page and clicking the link "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support".

However, note that it's possible to have a "lifetime" value higher than your current number of points as points can be spent redeeming items, so if you're seeing a "lifetime" and a "current" value it could be entirely right that they're different. (e.g.
personally, my lifetime points value is roughly twice what I currently have after I redeemed some gift cards.)
