I have 12500 credits that i earned in this month

I have 12500 credits . I need to buy a game which has discount because of ubisoft publisher sale . It ends in 5 days. My credits should have converted by today morning(i think so) but it didnt happen. I need my credits as fast i can

If you think it gets dipposited on 30 march. Please make a manual convertion as fast as possible so that i can get assassins creed unity.

I have not recieved my credits since feb 2018

It says I have

5,500
Lifetime Credits Earned

and

Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to cash and deposited into your Microsoft account

but I still haven't received my credits help it been 3 months

 

Not getting my Xbox live rewards

I have not been getting my Xbox live rewards for almost a year now....My subscription renews every month...I bought a ton of games through the online store..I should have earned a bunch of points over the last year. It looks like it quit working almost
a year ago. When I click on past 6 months it says I earned 0 credits....I should have earned a lot of credits in that time.

 

Sorry, but it is not possible to have credits deposited aany faster than the scheduled deposit dates. There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th this month. The first deposit for this month took place around the 9th. The 15th and 30th are just the latest
dates deposits can take place, but they usually happen a few days before. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when. You get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get
to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So yours would be scheduled for deposit at the end of this month.
