I had purchased Zoo Tycoon 2 in 2011 and now there is no place to download the purchased game

Hi AnuragSaini2, Zoo tycoon never exists on Xbox, so you can't hope for an "auto-upgrade", but you're right, i can find it on Xbox store.
Have you tried to contact the support to explain your case ?

I think I need to give them the call.

Live WebChat isn't working and in my PC games section only Candy Crush Saga is appearing. The only game I ever purchased from Microsoft is Zoo Tycoon 2 and I think I had last installed it on my older PC in 2017. So I do not know why they would remove it
from my account to download. Or atleast when they do, they should give me some link to permanently download to a disc.

I have Zoo Tycoon 2 for PC and never played it. Not sure if I want to purchase it for the X1.

Doesn't look like it will have dinos at launch. I've played Zoo Tycoon 2, and tried the dino and aquatic versions as well on PC. However when I played Zoo Tycoon 2, when you didn't look after you're meat-eating animals, they would escape and try to harm
the zoo visitors, and if you had zoo staff, they would come with a weapon to help bring the situation under control. It's been a while since I played Zoo Tycoon 2. The graphics in the Xbox One edition look WAY better than any gameplay from Zoo Tycoon, and
it will include 4 in multiplayer for the Xbox One.
