I had purchased some games but I still did not get my Xbox live Credits

There are currently no offers those games are eligible for. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you are
eligible for rebates, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

Have gotten this exact same issue this morning. Problem still exists.

I removed my paypal to see if it would solve the issue, since I have xbox live credit / Microsoft credit or whatever it's called precisely. Anyhow, I added my paypal again, still didn't work. The odd thing is, I bought the witcher 3 about 2 weeks ago. Had
no problem whatsoever getting this game with the Microsoft credits - gained through Xbox live Gift cards. The game I wanted to get is 7,50€ and my credit is above 11€. Still can't buy anything on the xbox live store, especially now that theres special sales
on games, this really is a huge bummer. All I got left to try is linking my paypal to my bank account which in my opinion sucks, but will see if that works since I don't have and cannot get a credit card

I loved my xbox, ( still sits on my living room shelf next to the 360) ...it had a lot of good games. I loved it even more after i "did some things to it" ... Needless to say, if i were to sell it, i would get a lot more than most xboxes nowadays.... Ps2?

I just wanted to let you know that the Live Support was able to resolve my issue. I could prove I had legally redeemed the code to my account and for some reason my entitlement had been revoked.

So what they did was give me MS credits worth the regular game price and buy the game for me again. And since the game is currently discounted for Xbox Live Gold members, I now have a pretty amount of extra credits to spend.

Now that's what I call outstanding service!

Did you gift your child some store credit and them purchase them vbuck in game on your childs account. This is how I did this with my kids.

Basically give them some credit, and when they go to the store in the fortnite game, they can then select purchase vbucks, and then it will buy them with the credit you have put on there account.

This has to be done ingame on the childs account though.
