Discus and support I had my preview code.... in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; And then Xbox glitches and deletes ALL MY MESSAGES from Xbox Live and everyone else.     holy snap! Redeeming codes from the xbox app

    It's probably only certain items they give out. One of them was for some beta for preview members. Probably don't want non-preview members getting into a beta that wasn't meant for them.

    Xbox One preview update problems!

    I have had a similar issue with the Xbox One Preview Update. I received a message through Xbox Live "You are invited to preview Xbox One updates. Use this code to download the registration app. Visit forums.xbox.com for help. Code: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"
    back on 6/10/2014. I entered the code in and it said my console was registered. I have been talking with a few members of Xbox Support about not getting access to the Preview Updates and the Preview Forums. I was told that they passed me along to the forums
    team for the preview forums. Is this something any of you can help me with?

    Hi can I ask are you part of the xbox preview program? I had this issue with last preview update, frustrating had to buy on my laptop and then download. It could be if your in the preview program it's a problem with the preview build
