So I tried to upload a profile picture that I didn’t know was somewhat violating the guidelines. I did not get a warning when doing this so I assumed my app was glitching and continued to try to upload the picture, this gave me 8 strikes for the same thing. I recently appealed all of these strikes using the exact same reasoning for each, 7 of them were approved but for whatever reason, someone denied one although they are all for the same thing. Shouldn’t I have this is suspension taken off as well because they already agreed with me on all the others. I’m left with a two week suspension that at most should have been for 1 day for just the initial strike. Is there any way I can appeal this again with this being my reasoning?

For context the profile picture was hardly inappropriate but on reflection I can see how it does kind of go out of the rules, it’s two UFC fighters. Thanks for the help lads

You only get 1 chance to appeal. If the enforcement team denied the suspension, there is nothing else that can be done.

I have appealed all of the suspensions. Each one was for the EXACT same photo. 3 were approved, 2 were denied. Of course, my shortest suspensions were appealed. Thank goodness I dont have a 2 day suspension, OOPS! Im still stuck with a 365 day suspension though.

But all suspensions were for the same thing so I appealed with the exact same message for each appeal, how can they see an issue with 3 of my suspensions and appeal me for it but then see no issues with 2 of my suspensions and deny my appeal when they're all for the same thing and I used the same message for each appeal? I'm trying to make sense of it but It just doesn't make sense to me.

But how do I get in further contact with the enforcement team if my appeal got declined? I got multiple strikes for the same thing which led me get a 1 year suspension.
