    I had ipv6 and it got switched to ipv4 how do i get ipv6 back?
    Ever since I had played on my Xbox we had ipv6 loaded up on it and I never lost connection. Now I am losing connection every 30 minutes and it switched to ipv4. I need help as this is ruining my experience with xbox services.

    I had the same issue, i have a router thats both ipv4 and ipv6. I went through and changed things over to ipv6 on my router and then changed it on my console, It wouldn’t connect to the internet, so inset it all back to ipv4 and left it. My laptop however
    would connect when all switched over to ipv6, so now I’m utilizing both ipv4 for my console, and ipv6 for my laptop.

    I will say I had Ipv6 before on my xbox but I was messing with it and tryed typing in something else or something and it disappeared now it says I only have ipv4 but on my pc it says I have both ipv4 and ipv6 what can I do to get ipv6 back on my xbox?

    My router has IPv6 enabled, but my Xbox is connected on IPv4. What else can I do?

    Try contacting your ISP to see if IPv6 is available in your area.

    Okay, the problem seems to be ipv6 related (my internet provider had me on ipv6 only). Since I was switched back to ipv4 for my inet connection, all problems are gone.

    And ac4 runs much faster and much more fluid. Strange
