The game progression on the Series X version is different than the Xbox One version.

You need to transfer it.

Hi, even if it went off gamepass and u had it before it went of gamepass you can still play the game, but i cant. What if u bought a decounted game and it got removed from gamepass. Would you lose all your money???

I bought GTA V before i got gamepass back in november of last year but when Gta Got removed from gamepass it said i dont own the game even though i bought it before i got gamepass

I'm having the same issue. I played gta5 last night and everything worked great like always. I even jumped on to BO4 a bit and had no problems. But today when i got on i received the same error for gta5 and 2 of my CODs were deleted from my console.
All subscriptions are in good standing and have been for years. Way i see it is this is a Microsoft issue.

did you get gta 5 with gamepass, if so it went off gamepass on the 7th may, if you own it on disc then re install it.

Gamepass is not available for the Xbox 360, also GTA V is available for Gamepass on Xbox one.

In order to play GTA 5 via gamepass you will need gamepass on an xbox one console.

I believe that GTA V will be replaced with Red Dead Redemption 2 on the 7th May.
