    still haven't got my HALO WARS 2: DEFINITIVE EDITION code sent to me in x box live and it been 7-10 day already i brouught it since the 9th of march i also didn't get Haven't received the Welcome to the Arc and Isabel Pack DLC for the pre-ordered halo wars

    Halo Wars 2 trouble

    I bought an xbox one that came with a disc copy of halo wars 2 ultimate edition and a digital copy of halo wars definitive edition. On the windows store, it says that I own halo wars definitive edition and all of halo wars 2's dlc, yet it does not give me
    the option to download halo wars 2 on pc. I thought halo wars 2 was an xbox play anywhere game? Do I have to have it fully installed on the xbox for it to work?

    Same here, I have bought the download code by Amazone and havent recieved a Code for HWi had brought Halo Wars 2 - Xbox Play Anywhere - Windows 10 Ultimate Edition - Xbox One :DE. Playing the basic version with the Season Pass is quite good, but without the full package I wasted my money. All I get from the Support was, that I should make a

    Purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, No Halo Wars Definitive Edition code

    If you purchased and redeemed the digital version of Halo Wars 2 after the release, a code will not be sent out. Instead, you will be able to download the game directly through the Xbox Store on the account that digitally owns Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition
    on your Xbox One console.

    Are you seeing the 'Does not work on this device' error on the Xbox One console, or on a Windows 10 PC? Additionally, have you checked your 'Ready to install' on your Xbox One console to see if the game is there?

    Try downloading the game on your Xbox One console and let us know how it goes.
    I don't have an X-Box One. I purchased the game because it was Play Anywhere (like Gears of War 4) because I have a Windows 10 PC. I have Halo Wars 2 installed and have already finished the campaign. I have not received the code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition
    that was included with the HW2 Ultimate Edition yet.
