    This promotion appeared 1 month of xbox live for $ 2.00 and as I have $ 15 in my account microsoft I went to buy but needed a card for the renewal and I put but was charged the $ 2.00 by the card, would not it be possible for you to cancel and reimburse

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase
    gold using your Microsoft account balance.
