I had a wrongful suspension

I haven't said anything wrong to anyone since my last suspension and that was the only one I have ever had

I understand as I had a suspension for gamer pic back in July 2023 so it’s nearly been a year so I won’t be able to see it on my “Expired Suspension” once it hit the one year mark?

Please correct me if I’m wrong, thanks.

Console suspensions are not listed on the enforcement site since they're not eligible for review. Unfortunately there is no way to find out specifically what caused it so it could be something that is not related to the account suspension
you received or if you've had previous suspensions it could just be due to having a lot of prior suspensions.

Your missing my point, I did nothing wrong for it to get extended at all. I couldn't have done anything wrong as it was extended whilst my account suspension was still in effect. Like I said, the enforcement page says nothing about a extended suspension
by my console says otherwise. I am honestly getting fed up with this system.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

I was told by Xbox support to contact you guys via forums. If that's not the case then I'm going to contact one of the managers and have that representative dealt with. Microsoft shouldn't give false info.

I got told the same thing. they are giving us the runaround. Why are we paying to get treated like this? what is the sense of having a team dedicated to enforcement that no one can get in contact with... really grinds my gears.. still waiting for a reply
