I had a new router set up today and my Xbox is the only device that won’t connect

To further isolate the issue, please try to connect your console on your mobile data hotspot. Let me know if works on a different network.

May I also know the error it gives you when you connect to your router?

Also, we have other devices that have been set up on the new router as well. Xbox 360, WiiU and Wii. None of those devices had any issues connecting to the new router wireless.

lost connection today its not the router i tried connect on several wifi devices all devices connect but won't connect to xbox live i can't connect with my achievements because of this and this is only 360 only other xbox devices connect

Hi there, this sounds similar to your scenario, did you re-setup your network when returning home?

Scenario: You’ve set up your console’s network connection at your house, but you’re going to visit a relative and want to take your Xbox One. When you get to your new location, select Set up wireless network, select the appropriate router from the list of
devices, enter the password and connect to the network. When you return home and plug in your Xbox One, you won’t automatically connect to your network, because establishing the new connection wiped out your home router’s information. Select Set up wireless
network, select your router from the device list and enter your password. Now the previous router information has been deleted and Xbox One will remember your home device’s settings

My xbox one x is hardwired and is already connected... its older xbox one that is wireless and cant connect... I would hardwire it but it's set up on other side of my place... other systems and devices connect to new wifi router no problem... its just
my old xbox cant connect to new wifi router
