seejust the other day i redeem a code and it didnt work but it worked for the xbox360 but i redeem it on a xbox one on my xbox one and it is a xbox one code. what should i do microsoft? i need help with my code.

I bought them from Walmart.com. Not a third party but sold by Walmart themselves. Also Best Buy digital codes also used to work and now they say “GeoRestricted”. I did something to prove if the Gamepass system or the “GeoRestricted” was some kind of glitch. I tried to redeem a used digital code from the ones I already redeemed back in June 2021. I was expecting the system to tell me “This code is already redeemed “ message but I was surprised when I received the same “GeoRestriction” message on a used code. I’m very thankful for your time but the codes I had were US codes. I gave them to a friend in the States who has a Xbox and he redeemed them instantly without problems. Again, thank you for your time. Please check if Microsoft has some kind of glitch with redeeming digital codes from Puerto Rico.

I have to say, I have redeemed codes on the Xbox One pretty fine and not had any problems yet, using both the Kinect and manual character typing. I wonder if its glitched or something :/

Facebook may have had a limitied number, but I had a Web Skin code print out with my game stop preorder, and it says it has already been redeemed. I didnt have a facebook code.
