I had a correction to my February MyVIP rewards, but it didn't get deposited

Unfortunately, we can only perform deposits during the scheduled deposit cycles at the middle and end of the month. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I'd just like to ask that the 9,000 adjustment be deposited soon, my initial February rewards were already deposited the same instance my MyVIP purchases registered in my MyRewards so I had no time to address the points rewarded before the deposit was made,
and these additional credits should have been included with that deposit. If you can please set that to deposit, I'd appreciate it.

We see that you had payback for February and January. For reference, a complete of activity can be found on your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where our deposits will be listed as a refund
with a negative amount. Since you had no purchases in March, there was nothing to Reward. For April, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

MyVip is deposited only once. April MyVip was supposed to be deposited between the 12th-15th, however there is a bug which has caused a delay. The staff is unsure on when the deposit will take place but we all will receive our deposit when it's ready.

Thank you for the info. I had to look, apparently my second deposits in the past have been other rewards I have earned.
