I got xbox live gold but it doesn't show up

Not sure what your question is. You have a trial and you can use it on your console so it not showing up in your subscriptions shouldn't be an issue since you can use the trial. It is not something that you actually purchased.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue with the subscription, as mentioned previously some of the Xbox Live Gold features are not available through the trial codes. In this case best course of action would be to redeem a full membership so that you
can then transfer your save files to the cloud.

Unfortunately the Xbox Live Gold trials are just that trials. What this means is that not all functionality works on them. The best course of action would be to buy a full subscription to see if this persists. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
