I got voice banned

No good blaming auto correct,you should read any message before sending it so this sort of thing doesn't happen.

With the message or voice message that got me banned

I got xbox banned, now I can;t talk in fortnight. It says, cannot use voice chat due to your console permissions. Only happened after I got banned lol.

paintball in highschool.....MILES in the army......BF3 nowadays....'real' warrior.....heh.....and if I ever got voice banned, I don't know about it...wouidln't surprise me though, I've got a loud voice and tend to be 'colorful' during tense moments

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  
• Hacking, Modding or Cheating
