I got the wrong colored thumb sticks and D-Pad for my design lab controller.

I'm afraid that the controller was customised for you and you cannot exchange it. I'm very sorry and I understand how it feels with this, I'll also be in the same situation in this case.

The D-Pad and thumb sticks are made of different materials, so it's quite possible the colors you want for the sticks just aren't available in the material used to make the stick.

The electric green and military green colors are the options that are in the Xbox Design Lab. Sorry if that was poorly worded! Thanks for all of the great advice about Xbox Ideas - I had no idea this existed. I went ahead and posted about it though.

PlayStation's alpine green controller gave me an urge to look into designing a green controller for my Xbox One. In the Xbox Design Lab, there are the electric green and the military green options but I would love to create a controller that's Xbox's primary
green color. I don't like either of the two options that are provided and thought this would be an obvious color... of all the options, it's seemingly missing.

Additionally, I think it would be amazing if we were given the option to color the joystick ball and stick while leaving the joystick pad a different color. Microsoft could simply leave the pad itself robot white, ash grey, storm grey, or abyss black. Obviously,
other options would be welcome. The grey/green and grey/blue options that Microsoft sells is an example of what I'm trying to describe here."
