I got the vbux offer with Xbox live and I didn’t get the vbux

As mentioned in your other thread, You may not be eligible for the promotion, It's for new Xbox Live users or users with no history of Xbox Live from a certain date. I would check the fine print to make sure you're eligible.

Just to make sure, try to confirm again if your V-bucks codes were successfully redeemed on your Xbox account. Here's how:

Sign in to account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > order history. If you have confirmed that the V-bucks was redeemed on your account, kindly perform the following workarounds on your console:

Remove your account, power cycle, and re-add your account:

Here's how to remove your account:

> Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
> Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
> Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Power Cycle:

> Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

> Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Then re-add your account and check if the in-game currency is showing in Fortnite.
