    What about the other games or DLCs that were being shared, were you able to use them?

    Is the account owner there with you? If yes, please ask them to sign in to their account and then launch the game, go to creation club to install the pack, and after that sign in to your account and then check.

    PS: NEVER ACCESS AN ACCOUNT THAT YOU DON'T OWN.
