Bedrock edition of the game does not have those mash up packs. Only Minecraft Xbox One Edition had the mash-up packs, and that version can no longer be purchased on the Xbox. You might still be able to purchase a physical version of that game, whether you will still be able to get the mash-up packs for Xbox One Edition, I do not know.

The game is Halo: The Master Chief Edition on PC from steam, but I had the same problem with Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on ps4.

I reached out to Best Buy for the receipt of this purchase and it details that it the Master Chief Collection edition Xbox One. I am sure that I would have redeemed a code, but I can't think of a reason it's not showing up in my history.

From what I've picked up is that you probably have the Xbox One version and you want to install the DLC on Bedrock?

As far as I know/understand, you will need to buy the favorite pack again on Bedrock as Xbox One edition is not similar to Bedrock. I learnt this when I bought skins on the store not knowing that it is for the Xbox One edition and it can't be carried over
to Bedrock so I had to buy it again on Bedrock
