I got the guided bundle for Xbox series S and it says I have claimed it with the console...

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. In case it does not appear in the order history, I would recommend that you obtain more information by contacting Xbox support.

Once you enter the link you must select the contact us button, then enter the problem you are presenting and continue with the steps suggested on the screen. You will then be redirected to a live chat with a support person (In some cases you will be assisted by an automatic bot but you must keep trying until you speak to a real person).

As additional information, you must verify the order history through the website and place the search filters correctly so that not only the transactions from the last 3 months appear, but all of them appear. Another question would be that if it is a code you must verify that both the region of the code and the console have been or are the same because otherwise you could present this type of problems as well.

The only difference between a regular Xbox Series S console and an Xbox Series S Starter Bundle is that the Xbox Series S Starter Bundle includes also 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate, while the regular Xbox Series S does not.

I have the same issues but with my new Xbox series s, it says claimed but it’s asking me to rejoin game pass
