i got the gems for being an overlord but none for the other previous tiers

according to what i see you sent me 500 gems for being an overlord on oct 19th but i see you give amounts out per each tier so i was curious if i could ask for the gems for all the other tiers i have already gotten?

Gems just started on October 1, so you would only receive gems for any actions done after that date.

 

but i had overlord before that date and then on oct 19th it said here is 500 gems so i don't understand

Support is going to have to look into it for you. It can take a couple of days to receive a response.

As mentioned on our Twitter @XboxLiveRewards, we had a special awarding for members who were Overlord before October 1st due to user feedback. While we awarded gems for this current final tier of MyAchievements, we did not award the others.
