I got the game pass first month for the full price instead of discount

Thank you for the help with the refund thing, i couldn't find it before. As for the first question; my account is old, but this is the first time i'm making an Xbox Game Pass subscription. Therefore, yes, i am sure i didn't make any subscriptions before.

This discount is available for new subscribers only, are you completly sure you never subscribed to Xbox Gamepass Ultimate before using this account?

Something I noticed on mine was instead of the 3 month price discounted, I would sometimes see the 1 month price discounted instead. I wonder if something like that is happening for EU accounts?

I wouldn’t advise paying full price for SOT. Unless thats your cup of tea. It may be worth getting game pass when it becomes discounted (you get a 3 month pass for £9).

Hello Robert, one of thr reasons it will charge you the full price, is if you had used thr game pass service before. The discount is for first time users only
