    i got the following error code 0x800401fb


    i have an external hard drive due to having the 500gb launch model of the xbox one, i tried to play a game installed on the external hard drive but it came up with the following error 0x800401fb .

    Does anyone know a fix for this. Much appreciated in advance.

    xbox locked out with error code

    went to use my xbox one got error code 0x800401fb and cannot access anything on my console ,

    code does not appear in error code list

    Xbox One X Games do not start any longer, game Profile cannot be accessed

    Now, I got error message 0x800401fb when I want to start any of my games. After a while, not even the XOX started and error message 0x80010108 appears. None of the error codes can be found in the support error tool search. Please help.

    Odd that there are already a few others posts with others having the same problem.

    tired going to setting to check the network and other bits but got s different error message 0x800401fb

    Help would be great please.

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.
