I got the call of duty cross gen bundle as a disc and it says it gives me the operators...

So I got the cross gen bundle dut on disc and it works but then I seen it is meant to give me the operators zombie ghost and soap but I don't have them

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

I think the Disc version does not come with the operators.

Where did you see the information that states the Disc version comes with the DLC from the Digital Deluxe Edition?

If it came with a code on the box, it would be inside it, on a paper flyer.
