i got the all four Gears of war codes , two working but not the other two

i have played gears of war ultimate edition for hours and Microsoft gave me the all 4 games of gears of war in codes to redeem

i redeemed gears 2 and judgment but not gears 1 and gears 3

when i try to redeem them it says;

Something went wrong
Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

i tried so many ways to salve it like changing the region of my console and try to redeem the codes in xbox application in Windows 10 but its not working
please i need help

I am missing gears of war 3 and judgement download codes. I bought gears of war ultimate edition that comes with all the gears games. I got the gears of war 1 and 2 code but never got the other two.

So I bought Gears of War 4 the day before and it came with four bonus codes to get all four of the previous Gears of War games. My problem is only two of the four codes work. When I try to input the other two codes all it says is:

So I try looking up the error code like it says and all I get is nothing can be found. Maybe I'm doing something wrong I don't know. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

 

Same problem, we need help, I contacted a chat support but he sent me here. Plz give us a solution. Send us new gear of war 3 code or something

 

Hey mate,

You seemed to have tried the basic region fix, basically you just need to make sure your region on your account matches your actual region. Unless you are located in Japan, Germany or China, in which case they won't work.

If that still isn't working, then just make sure you aren't using a VPN, as that can affect the region location of you xbox.

Finally, failing that, make a post in the below forum, which is the dedicated forum for issues relating to the GoW codes

Ok , a last question am I able to buy a gear or war 3 CD xbox360 and install it in my xbox one?

If you haven't already, I suggest trying the steps above that DENAz666 has suggested. If you have a physical disc copy of Gears of War 3, you should be able to install it on your Xbox One, as both the disc and digital copy are compatible with the Backward
Compatibility feature. Thanks!
