I got suspended until 12/31/999@

Hi Microsoft,

I wanted to write this email to notify you that I have been suspended until 12/31/9999. I just saw this a few days ago when i was starting my xbox up to watch Netflix. Then the message popped up. I understand that it’s my account and it was my fault that
I have been suspended, but to be honest I lent my account to my friend. He is also been suspended until 12/31/9999 on his own account. I don’t know what kind of crazy stuff he has done but it wasn’t me that did any bad things on XBL. I was just wondering you
can remove this “perma-ban” and just supended me temporarily, that will be appreciated to the max, and I promise you that I will not break the rules or get myself involved with anything that could get me banned.

My gamertag is xSiRpLuSsNipZx(it says sirplus snipz but because of the capitalization it looks like it says something inappropriate)

Truble with purchacing gold member ship and new account

The message clearly says that this account has been suspended until 12/31/999 ( my son's account only)

It does not say anything about the console. Will you please help me figure this out. Thank you

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com It's also a violation of the code of conduct to give anyone else access to your account.

 

so ur saying that there is a possibility to get suspended temporarily then getting perma-banned?

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to get in touch with the enforcement team. They will review your case again and determine whether or not it should still be banned. It would either be completely removed or upheld. They won't just switch it to a temporary
ban.

 

Be aware that according to the code of conduct you are responsible for everything that happens with you account, even if you lend it to a friend.
