I just got suspended for 2 days because some idiot was being destroyed by me in madden and his response was show me how much money I got so I responded with enjoy your apartment because I have a home. So I got suspended but they let all this hate speech come through the headset and XBOX WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. Hypocrisy!!!!!!!

Block communications with this person and do not send them any messages after you do this - as it will unblock them again. If you are concerned about them following you around or joining your games, set your profile to 'appear offline' for a few days.

Ambassadors have no power to suspend other players.

In future, regardless of what happens in game, or what messages are sent to (it doesn't matter what is said or how offensive it is), do not reply to these messages. Simply block, report and move on.
