I got suspended of xbox live for 2 weeks when i did nothing wrong

I got that same email but it actually got my account suspended, I did nothing wrong on Xbox. I think Xbox enforcement thought I did something bad or they ban the wrong person.

Yes, but see the problem is. the gamerscore was from a random black ops 2 lobby. i loaded in and before i even knew there was a modder in the lobby at the top of my screen it started popping up achievements. obviously my first reaction was to back out of
the game. then i contacted support about it. the dude said there was nothing he could do about it. then i got suspended from xbox live for 2 weeks. i said i guess since i did technically cheat (Not purposely) i deserved the suspension. waited out the 2 weeks.
got back on and i'd say 2 months later i got suspended again. note i had done literally nothing wrong so this time i got a little angry about it. after all im not on xbox live to cheat im here to have fun and hang out with my friend's. anyway i just waited
out the suspension again cause i figured there was nothing i could do. after i was unbanned i had lost all of y gamerscore the worst part about it i almost had all the black ops 2 achievements unlocked before this problem. and i know about enforcement and
the code of conduct already.

i do respect the enforcement team and what they do to keep xbox live a safe place and i 100% understand why my account was suspended. i just wanna simply be able to earn gamerscore again
