    I got suspended from xbox live until the 7th of december and i dont know why


    I have been suspended until 07/12/16 and i have no idea why i was fine one night then this and all the people i play with are upset now. I am hoping to get this removed as it is limiting my capability to play and i honestly dont see the reason to own an
    xbox anymore if i am going to start getting random suspensions.Please help.

    I finished talking to another agent, and I told them that I got another suspension, so they checked my account, and I was already suspended until the 8th of this month. Then I got another suspension until the 18th, even though I was already suspended. The
    agent and I were both very confused, and didn't know why I got another suspension for communication even though I was already suspended for that same reason until the 8th of December 2017. I was hoping you guys would be able to resolve this problem. Thank
