    Those 3 letters are short for a phrase that is not tolerated on xbox live.It's not a phrase we can post on the forums.

    You're lucky it was only a suspension & not a permanent ban.If you really are only 10 then you should not be using words or phrases if you don't know what they mean.

    You need to get an adult to log on to the enforcement page HERE to file for a case review if eligible.

    You may want to get a parent to go through the rules of xbox live with you as well.
