I got suspended from using custom gamerpics

I had a anime girl and now I’m suspended from using custom gamerpics so I was wondering if I’m ban for life or what

You would need to log onto the enforcement page HERE for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

I was on the Xbox enforcement but I get no details and there’s no way for me to find out

At the moment you CAN NOT use custom gamerpics unless you are in the alpha ring of the insider program.

YOU WILL BE SUSPENDED if you are caught with a custom gamerpic at the moment.

If a comm-ban also suspends you from uploading a custom gamerpic, then there's nothing you can do but wait until the comm-ban is over. I would imagine a custom gamerpic is a "communications" feature too.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

Custom gamerpics are not ok & will get you suspended.

They are however coming in the future.The feature is being tested by a select few in the insider program at the moment so you will be able to use custom gamerpics at some point,not just now.

Support have a habit of giving out the wrong info.
