I got suspended from the Xbox network from players fuse reporting me

I know! Then when he reported me The second time, i just blocked him and reported him for false reporting! I havent had any contact with him nor talked to him since monday. Yesterday i was in a party with my friend and i just got a message from enforcment
that im being suspended due to complaints for another player! You got to understand that he keeps on false reporting me! Even if i block him he can still continue to report me!

Apparently not. The guy [Mod Removed] is still online griefing other players. That is what got the response from my relative in the first place. Why is he not suspended? I just ran into him again today. He was griefing other players. He has
reported and not suspended like my relative.

If your account is being suspended for this type of behavior, it means that the system works.

If you suffer the same type of harassment or insults from other players you have every right to report and most likely a penalty will be applied to the player. The problem with identifying players who do DDOS attacks is that these attacks are not done using the Xbox and neither attack the Xbox network, it attacks your network, making it difficult to detect these players. So far we don't get any feedback from the reports we make against other players so there's no way to know if the player was punished or not.

Hi, so I got banned from Xbox as an argument that happened between me and someone they were harassing me and putting death threats sent to me on the phone then they started to annoy me. I called them some mean words, then I got banned. I would like to appeal this ban as I do not feel that I got banned for a reason that is responsible for Xbox network. To add, in the future its just best to report the player and block them without responding to them

Reason being is it doesnt matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that is against the rules (which it sounds like you did) than you can also be suspended.

They are baiting/counting on you responding in a way that would break the rules just so they have a valid reason to report you.

On XBox Live game Battlefield Hardline, I am regularly harassed by a player who joins my team, then follows me around throws smoke on me, destroys my gear and tries to get me killed while preventing me from playing the game. I lead the most successful platoon,
so of course there are some players who hate me. There is nothing in the Code of Conduct that permits players to harass and disrupt the play of highly ranked players or players who regularly kill them.

Enforcement has done nothing about it after repeated reports and pleas for the enforcement of XBox rules. I know they are there because I was suspended once within minutes of answering someone's question about another player. Another time, I was suspended
for asking a player if he knew that being on the inaccessible roof that he was cheating and he replied that he was an administrator and I was suspended from comms in a matter of minutes. The same players cheat by using glitches to access offmap locations nearly
every game, but despite dozens of reports with recordings, nothing ever happens to them. There are 2 other players who harassed me for months with consequences from Enforcement and will likely resume once they return from Fortnight.

Surely Enforcement has someone who they answer to. Please tell me that I do not have to involve my attorney so that I can enjoy my games in peace, as one should expect and is guaranteed by the Code of Conduct. It shouldn't take dozens of reports with numerous
recordings for the same people to stop people from ruining the games for others.

Who can I contact for action when it is clear that Enforcement does nothing about my reports and complaints in Battlefield Hardline?
