    I got suspended from microsoft support I was wondering why?


    So I got enough points to redeem a card, but when I redeemed the card. I got an email shortly after that it didn't work and to try and contact Microsoft rewards support for help, but the tickets don't exactly work cause I never get a confirmation email. So I was just wondering why I was suspended. Also how long does it take to get unsuspended?
