I got suspended from microsoft support I was wondering why?

It is not allowed to use vpn. You can ask them and explain and say: I am sorry. But, don't keep your hopes up. Try after one year again. But try first to explain the situation.

If they have suspended your account then there will probably be very little you can do.

I have a friend who had the same problem. He was suspended from the program and was not allowed back in for a year. He tried to fight it, but Microsoft just referred him to the small print on the agreement page.
