I got suspended from communicating on Xbox One because of offensive talking.

I got messeged "[Mod Removed]" by a guy named "[Mod Removed]". I replied "k" and "[Mod Removed]" and then I got suspended from communicating on Xbox Live. The info says that I got suspend for a day but I got suspended for a day
and 6 hours. Please Xbox suspend the bad guy, not a random who's answering. And next time could I get a warning first, this is my first time doing something "wrong". So please retrieve my suspension.

xbox live suspension

So i was rightfully suspended from communicating on xbox for 2 weeks. but when i go to play a game of madden online it says choose something else to do, because of my past behaviour i cannot do this but it lets me search for a game and play online. Would
that be a suspension evasion since im suspended from communicating or can i still play games online without violating the code of conduct.

Your warning is the code of conduct you agreed to when you signed up. It doesnt matter how the situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. You would need to file a complaint on the other person via the
console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Since the suspension is so short, it is not eligible for a case review so all you can do is wait it out.

The enforcement team may have found further offenses while your account was suspended and chose to extend the ban. The enforcement team will update on enforcement.xbox.com and you can see if you are eligible for case review from there.

so you pretty much said to buy a new xbox or leave community because talking to your friends is the best part of xbox and i think the kids that play this game are to young and u need to actually be 18 teen to buy this console because parents do not monitor
