They normally do an investigation first and if proven that you violated something that's the time that they'll put some Enforcement actions in the account.

Sadly, LFG posts are infamous for having cheaters and scammers using it to offer services.

This is why Xbox has a strict policy with enforcement on anything that might sound like a breach of the Community Standards.

When posting in LFG, avoid terms like you used.

Be brief: "Helping players, 2 openings", this shouldn't get you into trouble.

Its because the only thing allowed in LFG posts is looking for players to play with. Anything else being in the post such as you advertising your twitch would be against the rules for LFG posts.
