    I got suspended for a year there’s no details


    I got banned for a year on 07/02/2025 at 02:28AM for violating the community guidelines looking at the suspension on enforcement there’s no details on what I did wrong to violate the community standards I sent an appeal saying I did nothing wrong and was wrongly suspended and they denied it what do I do now ?

    How can i know why my appeal was denied?

    Also, why do i not have a reason why i was perma suspended? I got no details at all.

    have same problem got suspended for gamerscore just this week and years ago on xbox360 told them about it never got fixed so just got suspended now after several years like to talk to them but can't explain it would be nice before i get booted LAWlessONE666

    Well that is the problem 1 i cant because i just spent 60$ on a year membership before i got suspended. 2 i had just got my account back from getting hacked. 3 it is suspended

    No one here can tell you the reason as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info & to file for a case review if eligible.

    It can sometimes take the enforcement site a while to update though.

    Usually a year suspension means you have several suspensions already or what ever you did was so severe a years suspension was issued.

    If eligible, submit a case review about your suspension. Customer support and the forums will not be able to help you any further than this when it comes to Xbox Live suspensions.
