I got suspended for a gamerpic and I can’t get enforcement team to look into it.

I got suspended for a gamerpic that got accepted and didn’t break any terms of service and i can’t get a case review can anybody help me i tried contacting the enforcement team but there not helping me at all.

Maybe you will in the future days. delays are everywhere. keep on trying on the link provided.

Can somebody tell me how to contact the enforcement team in a way that they will respond i’m not sure how my gamerpic was offensive if anybody can help i would appreciate it but also i can’t even case review it even though it has been over 24 hours.

If a case review isn't available for you, then unfortunately I don't think there's another way to get in touch with the Enforcement Team regarding your suspension.

All enforcement actions on your account are logged at
https://enforcement.xbox.com. The only way you can contact them is if your enforcement action is eligible for a case review. If it is, there will be a link saying "Apply for Review" next to the entry.

The 24-hour rule is in regards to the duration of the suspension, not to the amount of time elapsed since it was issued. If it's a 24-hour or less suspension, it's not eligible for review.
