I got suspended & Ambassador has been revoked!

I just wanna know how can I get suspended & my ambassador status taken from me just for commenting "LMAO" in a club called The Xbox Community and I didn't break the rules because it just says no trash talking but I've seen others post "LMAO". It happened 4/6/2024 at 5:55 AM and it's literally my first strike in my 12 years of being on Xbox live..... when the strike goes away on 10/3/2024 will I be able to be an ambassador again? If not that's pretty upsetting considering I've been wanting to be an ambassador since Xbox 360 .

You would have to go to the enforcement site for any information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

If the enforcement team overturns their decision, you can email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) and you'll be able to rejoin. Otherwise, you won't be able to rejoin the program.

If it's a full suspension, you won't be able to sign into Live at all. If it's a communication suspensions, then you can sign in, but you can't do things like message people or talk to other people.

I've been signed since before the suspension, my console still on right now and i am able to play online. But like i said , the description of the suspension was too vague. I am not sure that if i turn off my console and turn on again it will remain connected
to XBL. Do you know if a full suspension takes place even if you are online since before the suspension?... Like... If i get a full suspension would i be booted offline?
