also you can post in the suspension forums near the bottom of the forum main page they will tell you why you were suspended.

If you read the actual freedom of speech you quoted it does not do what you think it does

One it only applies to public forums and only for government

2 and very important it may not be used as a mallet to cause harm to anyone

3 private authority applies to the private property which is why anyone can kick you. Out of their home

Dispute what you think cursing is not protected speech on against private authority or to cause harm

And yes this was a supreme Court decision
