I got sent someone else's coustom elite controller instead of mine.

I'm nit sure though my elite series 2 had some issues, I had unresponsive buttons and stick drift, I took mine back to the store, but they had not elite controllers in stock I got the Razer ultimate edition instead and I'm loving it at the moment

Has your GamerTag always been what is appearing as now? Is the Gamerscore roughly the same? Is your information appearing on the account? It seems at least to me (judging by your GamerTag) that you got phished, someone stole your gamertag, and changed your
gamertag. If you correctly entered your email and password then it is your account. You might want to contact support via the phone and open an unauthorized access investigation.

I'm not sure about the adress issue, but try using a desktop or laptop. It worked just fine for me on my phone, but i do remember you posted it before i did mine so i was waiting for that to be a problem with mine too, but if using a computer doesn't work use a family member or a trusted friends adress. It might just be your adress. If that fails, call coustomer service. You're in warranty and you're a valued coustomer of Microsoft

my xbox started to freeze before it red ringed...that's kinda what is happening to yours...mine has started to freeze occasionally now as well. not surprising, since microsoft sent me a refurbished xbox, instead of my original one which is now probably playing
at someone elses house now...
