Discus and support I got robbed from Microsoft Store in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; In past I bought Sea of Thieves on Microsoft Store.     I got robbed from Microsoft Store


    In past I bought Sea of Thieves on Microsoft Store. Than I got a new PC I logged into Microsoft Store with the same email as the one I played it earlier and now I can not download SoT. It says only buy. Any idea what to do? I am absulutely sure I am logging on the same account as the one I bought it on.

    I just want to say goodby!! Microsoft is a scam. Your refund policies are ridiculous as is the support. I will never buy anything again from your store!

    Same thing happened here. Didn't think purchase went through so I tried a second time. Needless to say both transactions were charged to my card but I still have no gems.
