Hi, I have a problem

Yesterday my xbox live gold ended, and today I wanted to buy another for 3months.

There was this dude i can't remember the name and he wanted to sell me a 3 month xbox live gold for 26$.

He sented me a code: 3WTZB-N7Z5D-YJLNZ-GBX5D-XXXXX.

And he telled me pay me and i will give the last 5 letters.

I payed this dude 26$ and he didn't sent me the last letters.

So that's it ;(

what do you mean by failed did it not work? (game corrupted) and two you should of re-downloaded it now you can try to contact microsoft and say what happend and they may give back the points

Then call 1800-4MY-XBOX and contact customer support, or try contacting them through Twitter @XboxSupport. Have you tried deleting the game and then redownloading it before you bought it again?

 

you need to be banned for selling over the xbox live it is in the terms of use

 

you did get ripped off 3 months of gold is only 20 well you will not be getting that 26 back you can report the user but as Frosty said you are not allowed to be selling or buying stuff over the Live service.

You need to report the player using the dashboard reporting tools. Go to his bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions.

After that you can either call this a learning lesson and never do it again or try reporting the gamertag to the police for fraud. They would be able to get the user's name by contacting MS and then pursue it from there.

 

Indeed, Please file a report but, at the same time never give out personal information. Next time maybe go ahead and buy from a reputable dealer instead of some dude...

Maybe contact the dude in question about a refund as well. Or, call the credit/debit card company you used to make the purchase.... Otherwise be glad it wasn't more money and move on.
