I got ripped off

I just got ripped off at the finish of a game of bingo. I had 3 cards in Mexico. I had bought extra numbers twice after the end of the game and had at least 9 to 11 bingos when it was finished. then all of a sudden instead of going to the totals and
scoring board, and seeing my winnings and opening my cases, the screen went to black profile board. Everything I won and wagered to win was lost. Beside dealing with the glitches that had the game calling 3 and 4 numbers at the same time, working to play
catch up, I lost everything. I like this game, I wish you would fix it and restore my credits. All these glitches are why I will never buy (with real money), any tickets, coins, keys, or power ups. Not when you can you can just steal them from me. And
of course this posting has failed. What a rip.

what do you mean by failed did it not work? (game corrupted) and two you should of re-downloaded it now you can try to contact microsoft and say what happend and they may give back the points

Then call 1800-4MY-XBOX and contact customer support, or try contacting them through Twitter @XboxSupport. Have you tried deleting the game and then redownloading it before you bought it again?
