I was trying to buy subnatica and it took my money and gave me a unmarked app in return that is the same size as subnatica. Please help

what do you mean by failed did it not work? (game corrupted) and two you should of re-downloaded it now you can try to contact microsoft and say what happend and they may give back the points

Then call 1800-4MY-XBOX and contact customer support, or try contacting them through Twitter @XboxSupport. Have you tried deleting the game and then redownloading it before you bought it again?
