I Got Ripped Off Big Time!

I just got ripped off and I am angry! The Xbox clearly said before and during a transaction of a game, that is was ten dollars. But, after the transaction was over it showed that it had taken thirty-nine dollars out of my account!
I want an explanation for this because if I am being lied to by Microsoft, Im done with them! So if someone could help, that’s would be much appreciated. Thank you.

what do you mean by failed did it not work? (game corrupted) and two you should of re-downloaded it now you can try to contact microsoft and say what happend and they may give back the points

Then call 1800-4MY-XBOX and contact customer support, or try contacting them through Twitter @XboxSupport. Have you tried deleting the game and then redownloading it before you bought it again?

Is it possible that you purchased a deluxe or premium version of the game?

Is it possible that $10 deal was with an Xbox LIVE subscription?

Is it possible that the $10 showing up on your console was in a different currency?

If any of the above are yes, this is most likely the issue
